Positive: The staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main sites in the city center. The room was very quiet and clean. Breakfast included a typical local juice.
Negative: Since many tourists go trekking, I suggest providing a sponge in the room to clean shoes.
